How you work with a reminder list
- Create a new list and name it – "Errands", "Ideas", "Don't forget".
- Type points in, or add a photo when a word isn't enough.
- Tap something done: the point gets ticked and slides down.
- Tidy up now and then – "delete all done" clears the list in one go.

Yes. You add the person's email address to the shared list; they sign in with it in the app (link by email, no password). After that you both edit the same list, synced through the cloud.

Not for private lists – they stay on the device without any sign-in. You only need a login (email link, no password) once you share a list.
